Anywhere any time exercises actually builds your body physically strong and fit. Irrespective of why you are working out for bodybuilding or stamina Building, these workouts are very commodious and aid to a good deal in getting your goal.
Here are some Anytime and anyplace Exercises:-

a) Crunch
Lay on the ground on your dorsum with your legs straight and upwards on any support (sofa or center table). Get support to for cervix with a cushion. Try to keep your hips as close as you can to the support. Lock your arms around head. Now gradually lift up your head off the floor only 4-5 inches. Stay in this position for 3 secs and then slowly touch back ground. Do these drill 15 times initially in one attempt. It will really strengthen your abdominal muscle and you'll see it.

b) Standing on your Toes.
Stand on an even surface (in lawn or room) bare footed with toenails pointing straight. Get support from something to lift you on toes. Then SLOWLY, raise your feet as higher as you can, balancing your weight on toes. Hold this posture for 5 secs and get back on your feet very slowly. Do it 15 times to make one set.

c) Push ups
Lay on the flat surface (carpet, floor or ground) looking on the surface with your body burden on your palms. Then try to lift your trunk. Do not bend your back and keep your face right ahead. Hold it for 3 secs and then slowly get back to the starting posture. Do it 4 to 8 times in to start and then increase it 15 times in one set.

d) Wall Squat
Stand firm with your dorsum touching the wall. Then, very slowly bring your body down as you are sitting. Hold this posture for 15 secs and then again lift your body upwards still your back touching wall. Repeat this 10 to 15 times to start and then increase it to 25 times in one go.
