A recent survey reports nearly one third of people are overweight in developed countries. Also at any given time neatly 75 % of people are on so called diet. There are so many weight loss tricks (?) available in market today. Picking up one is not an over whelming task.
There are few things that you have to remember before you try to start losing your weight.

Also be realistic in your approach because if you aren’t then you would cheat yourself on missing out any schedules. It really doesn’t matter what kind of plan you have as long as you are in action you are doing good.
MAKE IT A PLEASURE WAY
For this to happen you have to believe in yourself. Trust that you can lose your weight. Also do not consider all those diets and exercises as a pain. Enjoy doing those. Think of all the good things that awaits you after this. This is a ticket for your entry into a new life. See your results yourself in mirror. Visualise how your body is responding to your workouts. This will surely motivate you.

They are not substitutes. They come in hand in hand. Having an essential diet plan is the most primary requirements. It is easier said than done. Always ensure that you burn more calories more than you eat. Find a suitable workout plan that best suits you. Vary your plan as you move from different level because your body will get accustom to one particular workout and will burn less fat for it.
