Eating the same kind of food over and over again is the best way to lose fat. Choose your diet food from
1. Proteins
2. Vegetables
3. Legumes


Choose and mix and match your food from these three categories.

• The egg is rich in protein but you should avoid the egg yolk and use the albumen as it’s healthier and will give you energy and cut down your cholesterol.
• Chicken breast can be grilled and eaten instead of fried chicken in this way you will have an option for different flavors.
• Lentils and beans are quite rich in proteins and should be taken daily at least in a little quantity.
• Asparagus, mixed vegetables spinach will surely fill up the required vitamins and minerals required for a healthy diet.
• Keep your meals as simple as possible and alternate these foods so that you don’t become bored eating the same things.
• Always choose salads instead of French fries and potatoes.


Just remember to eat simple food instead of complex ones as they are easily digested while complex foods create digestive problems. Sometimes people get bored and impatient with their diets and quit that’s the thing you have to beware of and avoid and eat three or four times instead of eating the three regular hearty meals.

Not to get bored with all the simple diet food take a day off from your diet and eat all the kinds of food you want because this way you will over eat and the next day even the thought of these food will make you sick. Starvation will only drain your energy and you will feel very low and dried out.

This diet is good for people who are too lazy to exercise or have some health related problems and can’t exercise. There are different diet plans for different people and they must choose what suits them best as that’s the best way to go.
