Simply increasing the amount of fruit that is consumed, as well as nuts and bran can help the dieter to avoid this problem with constipation. Another disadvantage of the zone diet is that is that the program must be undertaken with a serious level of commitment in order for the dieter to see weight loss from the zone diet program.
